The "Transforming Public Health: Success Stories and Monitoring Insights from the POKHILA Program in Assam," conducted by JEPIGO in 2024, aimed to document the achievements, challenges, and impact of the Pokhila program. The documentation process integrated the REES+I and Theory of Change frameworks, using a mixed-method approach that combined qualitative and quantitative methods. Primary data collection involved in-depth interviews, key informant interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and case studies in Lakhimpur and Dibrugarh districts. Secondary data analysis included insights from 516 program beneficiaries under the National Health Mission Assam. The study provided a holistic view of the program's success and areas for improvement.
