Endline Evaluation of Fortune Suposhan Project, a CSR initiative by Adani Wilmar (2023)
The "Endline Evaluation of the Fortune SuPoshan Project," a CSR initiative by Adani Wilmar conducted in 2023, aimed to assess the project's impact on nutrition and health outcomes across six sites with poor nutrition indicators. Using a mixed-method approach, the evaluation included dietary diversity assessments for children under five, pregnant and lactating women, and adolescent girls. It also evaluated health and nutrition knowledge, practices, and anthropometric measurements. The study involved structured interviews with 1,974 beneficiaries, in-depth interviews with 68 key stakeholders, and 18 key informant interviews, supplemented by a 24-hour dietary recall. The evaluation employed a Theory of Change framework and drew on data from NFHS 4 and 5 to analyze the project's broader impact on behavior and practices.
