The "Endline Assessment of the Project on Strengthening Multi-sectoral and Convergent Approach to Address Child Marriage with Evidence Building in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar," conducted by MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child in 2021, aimed to evaluate the project's impact on addressing child marriage through multi-sectoral approaches. The assessment covered six high-prevalence districts, focusing on knowledge of child marriage laws, support-seeking behaviors among youth, community perceptions, and the role of local representatives and outreach workers. The study included surveys of 1,475 adolescents, 1,476 parents, 532 frontline health workers, and qualitative interviews in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
