Prabhu has over 19 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and large-scale health survey expertise. He is a doctorate in Demography/Population Science from The Gandhigram Rural Institute (Deemed University). He has conceptualized, designed, developed, managed and implemented the M&E in diverse  projects. He has  developed and implemented databases to track the flow of information within complex, multi-layered, geographically dispersed projects , placing a specific emphasis on data quality.

Established and designed the conceptual workflow for Monitoring Information System (MIS), and customized various data capture and reporting tools such as (CSPro,ODK, Dobblo ,SurveyCTO google forms etc.,). Conducted several training workshops on data capture and reporting tools such as (CSPro,ODK, etc.,) and use of Quantitative software’s such as SPSS, STATA etc.,.

He  has also extensively worked in various large-scale demographic, health surveys in India (DLHS, NFHS etc.). Prior to this, he has been associated with Mamta-HIMC,PSI, UN Agencies, IIPS & Population Research Centre, Gandhigram.

He has the experience of more than four decades in research and conducting surveys related to fertility , mortality, migration, health and family welfare, nutrition, environment, social exclusion and discrimination empowerment of women, and evaluation of Government welfare programs. He holds an MSc, in Statistics and is professionally qualified as Demographer/Population Scientist from East-West Centre/University of Hawai, Honolulu, USA and had PhD in Population Studies from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He was the Director for Population Research Centre, Gandhigram, Tamil Nadu and full fledged Director in- charge of the parent institute for two years. He was also the Head of the Centre for Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy, Gandhigram Rural University, Tamil Nadu and Professor of Emiritus (UGC) in the Centre for Applied Research Centre, Gandhigram Rural University, Tamil Nadu.

He has lead the first three rounds of National Family Health Survey and District Level Health Survey in Tamil Nadu. He has completed 104 research projects and given feed back mostly to Central and State Governments of India. He has also published 128 research reports and articles.

Dr. Sonali, is a public health and nutrition professional with more than 20 years of experience in leading and managing projects, policy advocacy, providing technical assistance designing and implementing innovative capacity building programmes, gap analysis, supportive supervision, monitoring and evaluation in multiple states of India.

Her expertise lies around Project management, implementation research, quality and feasibility assessments, gap analysis, public health research and facilitating capacity building, community engagement, monitoring and evaluation and supply chain management.

Sundara Babu Nagappan is a public policy analyst, a social sciences researcher, and a grassroots civil society trainer. Since 1998, he has been involved in several social studies, action-researches, documentation and training with particular focus on ensuring socio-economic justice, equitable natural resources distribution, and conflict transformation. Moreover since 2010, he has also been actively involved in various contemporary initiatives associated with social protection, community medicine, animal welfare, intellectual property rights, social enterprises, labour wellbeing, cooperative farming, abolishing manual scavenging, organic cultivations, environmental impact assessments, forest & coastal rights, mental health, occupational safety, social welfare, and legal compliances in India and in abroad.

His current ongoing engagements include action-research on 'geo-cultures' and 'human economy' in South Asia. He holds a PhD (2005) degree from School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. 

She has over ten years of professional experience in Program management, research, monitoring and evaluation in the areas of Education, Nutrition, HIV/AIDS, RCH, trafficking of women and children into sex-work, children of sex workers and Adolescents. Monitoring large-scale sample surveys, analytical skills of qualitative and quantitative and Evaluation of intervention programs. She holds a Masters’ degree in Social Work from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh and Ph.D. in Population Studies from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, Mumbai. She has been associated with SATHI, IIPS, PRERANA, NEERMAN and UNICEF, Delhi.

Dr. Shiny Sohal is a seasoned public health professional with over 6 years of experience in research, evaluation, and healthcare consulting. She has worked across key areas such as Universal Health Coverage, Immunization, Maternal and Child Health, Infectious Diseases, and Oncology, partnering with national governments, WHO, and GIZ. With a Master of Public Health from the Indian Institute of Public Health, Delhi, and several certifications, Dr. Sohal has led major projects as a Research Consultant at Iotalytics Analytic Solutions and World Cancer Care, focusing on data management, field operations, and program evaluations. Her expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research makes her a strong asset in driving public health initiatives.

Raj Kumar Pandey has over 18+ years of experience in large-scale health survey data collection expertise. He holds Masters in Commerce (Applied Economics) from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He worked as state coordinator/Executive-in-charge in various organization where he implemented large scale Surveys which was conducted by various clients (NACO, RTI, MoHFW, PSI, ABC Associate, ORGI, UNICEF, LIRNEasia etc.) in India Like AHS-I, II & III in UP Jharkhand, IBBS in Himachal Pradesh J&K, Haryana, Punjab, RIMCH in entre 75 districts of UP. He has been associated with, Mind Field Research Pvt Ltd Lucknow, TNS India Pvt Ltd Patna & Delhi, Kantar Operations Lucknow, Absolutus solitio Pvt Ltd where handle large scale PAN India data collection activities.

Masthanaiah has served over ten years of experience in large-scale health survey expertise. He has Masters and Phd  in Ph.D.in Geography from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. He has state implementation officer in various large scale national level Surveys which was conducted by MoHFW Govt. of India and IIPS together like (NFHS-5, Global Adult Tobacco Survey-2, Comprehensive Nutrition Survey in Gujarat & Maharashtra-(CNSG), District Level Household & Facility Survey-round-III & IV and NRHM etc., He has been associated with, Population Council, IIPS, Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai and Population Research Centre- Visakhapatnam.

J. Ajith Kumar holds a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in Community Development from Holy Cross College, Tiruchirappalli, and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Don Bosco College, Yelagiri Hills. He has extensive work experience in social work and field operations, having served as a Field Coordinator for SAVE Social Awareness and Voluntary Education and Madras School of Social Work, where he managed projects like the UNICEF Child Migrant Project and TNSRLM training programs. Ajith has also worked as a Field Supervisor for Morsel Research and Development Pvt Ltd and Center for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE), overseeing data collection and field operations for several key research projects across Tamil Nadu. His practical experience spans a variety of social development projects, including community surveys, project evaluations, and training coordination.
